Just Co., Ltd. offers a unique technology for plating and surface treatment called "Special Composite PTFE Plating." This involves dispersing fluorine-based particles known as PTFE in the plating solution, and since carbon nanotubes are also dispersed in this plating solution, it enables improvements in "release properties," "thermal conductivity," and "plating film strength." By incorporating carbon nanotubes into the plating solution, it becomes possible to impart functions such as "increased strength," "enhanced heat dissipation," "improved wear resistance," and "excellent release properties."
